We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The reception staff were very nice and offered us an upgrade on the room upon our arrival. The room itself was incredibly spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the bustling Westfield and Shepherd's Bush Station, yet it still felt quiet and tranquil. We were able to easily access shops and the underground, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Booked a room with decent views. The staff were outstanding and terrific people. Pedro, a new member of staff in the spa, was great. I slept so comfy in the quiet bed. Really enjoyed smooth check-in and fast check-out.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and trees. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The spa was wonderful, with a variety of areas including a sauna, jacuzzi, and relaxation booths. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to shops and the train line. We also enjoyed the refreshing orange water in the spa.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The receptionists were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and special touches like a cake and card for my son's birthday. The package we booked, including spa and afternoon tea, was wonderful. The food was delicious, the spa was relaxing, and we especially enjoyed trying different rooms, like the snow room. Despite being a bit far from Kensington high street, transportation was easily accessible. The staff was fabulous, and I will definitely consider coming back. Thank you!

I found items like used tissues and opened chocolate wrappers in various areas of the property. The bathroom was not up to a high standard, with dirty backsplash and hairs in the bathtub.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. Additionally, the spa facilities were a great perk, offering a much-needed relaxation experience after exploring the city.

There were some aspects of the hotel that left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with evidence of previous guests' presence.

The room was awesome - just what we needed. The spa was nice with steam, sauna, jacuzzi, and ice room. The staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. The food in the bar area was hot, tasty, and served quickly. The hotel was very quiet with no road noises. The location was great - in a quiet street close to the tube and near a shopping mall.
